In Parts 1 and 2, Alan Parachini, LA Superior Court Public Information Officer from 2002 to November, 2010 admits that the judges of the LA Superior Court had a "visceral hatred" against Dr. Richard I. Fine, Ph.D. (Fine), wanted "revenge" against Fine, wanted to "silence" Fine and wanted to "take Fine out of circulation"  for Fine's keeping the issue of judicial benefits [illegal payments to judges] before the courts and the Legislature.

 

Parachini stated that the judges first admitted this in 2002 when he started his job and showed that it continued through his entire job tenure. He stated that this "visceral hatred", "revenge", "silencing" and "taking Fine out of circulation" was the real reason for LA Superior Court Judge David P. Yaffe ordering the illegal coercive, solitary  incarceration of Fine in the LA  Jail on March 4, 2009 and his refusal to set Fine free for 18 months until September 17, 2010.
